You know, on the way to work this morning Kil Dong was driving. He told me "John, we're late. Buckle up!

Oh, Jake. I had a really, really big problem. I have my computer at my home, but I couldn't get it to work.

I didn't know any of them. I felt so silly. So he said, "Okay. To sum it up here's the step-by-step process.
