According to a PSCORE source, a Nationwide General Meeting is to be held on the morning of the 16th at around 9, regarding the upcoming National Conference due in early September. A nationwide publicity meeting was also held back in July 10th in the morning hours from 8 to 9, also regarding the National Conference. Reportedly, party members were told to be at their best behavior in accordance to the magnitude of the importance of discussing the election of a successor to the regime. The meeting on the 16th is also intended to address the question of the heir to Kim.

 

Exchange rates continue to drop

 

As of August 15th, the exchange rate dropped to 21,000 won per 100 yuan, while food prices remained nearly the same.
